SIPF 2025: Hickory Dickory Dock
Sun 19th October 2025
Come join us at Skipton International Puppet Festival 2025 for Hickory Dickory Dock by Skipton favourites, Garlic Theatre! Some say this show was inspired by Craven Museum’s collection of clocks!
In a marvellous museum of clocks is the wonderful Mouse Clock for all to see.
One day the clock gets broken and a brave little mouse runs away…
In another part of town, Mrs Hickory orders a new alarm clock and a hug box arrives on her doorstep. Why is it so big? And what is that squeaking sound inside?
As the time ticks by, can Mrs Hickory and her cat Dickory catch the mouse running all over the house and will the beautiful old clock ever chime again?
Join us for a merry slapstick show, starring glove puppets, silly museum curators, dozy delivery drivers, a magnificent clock and that song you’ve all been waiting for…
