The line up!

MC Martin Mor

Martin comes from Northern Ireland, and after a successful career as a circus performer, he turned his attention on the unsuspecting comedy circuit. With over 30 years experience as a professional performer, Martin has established himself as one of the UK’s most popular and in-demand comedians. He has performed throughout the world including Canada, USA and Australia. As well as devising and performing his own BBC television show, Martin has written jokes for some of the biggest names in British comedy.

Meryl O’Rourke

Acclaimed stand-up comic and accomplished TV writer Meryl O’Rourke has delighted comedy audiences, written some of the best gags on telly and even hosted pop concerts. She supported Frankie Boyle for part of his last tour, at his request. She also supported him at the Hammersmith Apollo. In his book ‘Work! Consume! Die!’ he calls Meryl “Inspiringly funny”. Meryl has written for Dress To Impress, Have I Got News for You, Room 101, and 3 series of Mock the Week.

Jordan Ducharme

Jordan is a Canadian born comedian on the rise. Jordan worked hard to become a solid comedian on the local circuit. Not only performing comedy regularly in the city of Vancouver but hosting and producing a variety of shows. Jordan began comedy hoping to adopt the witty and gritty type of humour that made him fall in love with stand up as a teenager. He’s continued to mature into a competent powerhouse on stage. Moving to Manchester in 2019, Jordan was quick to make a big splash, quickly winning the local clubs gong show competitions and transitioning them into work at said clubs.

Steve Shanyaski

His whirlwind performances and thrilling routines have constantly proven a hit with even the quietest crowds… The key to his act being his energy and silliness. He has performed his comedy throughout the world: to an audience as diverse as bikers in a field, to royalty in a theatre, and never ceases to go down a storm. Within the first six months of his comedy career he made it through to the semi-finals of the BBC New Comedian of the Year and the North West Comedian of the Year final. Since then he has gone from strength to strength, adding to this list of accolades by being named the Holsten Pils Comedian of the Year and the Birmingham Comedy Festival Best Breaking Talent.

The Hub bar will be open from 7pm with regular drinks intervals throughout the show.
