New Music Showcase: The Tenmours and Craven Music Match Artists.

Launchpad and Skipton Town Hall presents the first in a series of new music showcases, featuring The Tenmours and Craven Music Match Artists.

North Yorkshire’s own The Tenmours will take you along on a listening adventure that combines love of authentic acoustic power, rock, film and world music coupled with a raging live show.

With support coming from a set made up of Craven Music Match Artists, Rose Wheeler, Matt Annable, Jake Carty and Billy Coburn performing brand new music.

The Tenmours

The Tenmours are, Adam, Alex and Aninka, a three-piece band from North Yorkshire. You will not have heard anything like them before, they’ll take you on a listening adventure from the softest of tales to the darkest depths of the human soul, they’ll invite you to immerse yourself in the mood and atmosphere of their music and witness as their journey changes, grows and evolves through time.

Craven Music Match

Craven Music Match Funded by Craven District Council and Historic England as part of Skipton’s HAZ cultural programme, Craven Music Match (CMM) connects musicians from the area to build a supportive, diverse and open network spanning different genres, which can exchange knowledge and skills and be part of the growing live music scene in Skipton and the Craven area.

This round of CMM brought together Rose Wheeler, Matt Annable and Jake Carty who will be playing some of their newly created collaborative works together at this special showcase.

Our theatre bar opens one hour before most of our Events and Performances. We serve a selection of wines, beers and spirits as well as soft drinks and snacks including Northern Bloc Ice Cream, Yorkshire Crisps and Yorkshire Popcorn.
