Countdown to The Reindeer Who Saved Christmas – everything you need to know!

We can’t wait to welcome you! Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth and magical experience

Arrival & Doors

  • Please see our ‘Plan Your Visit’ page for information on Parking and Public Transport links
  • Doors open: 30 minutes before the show starts.
  • Please note space inside in foyer is limited, so you may need to queue.
  • Reserved seating: No need to rush, your seats are guaranteed! If you’d rather avoid the queue, why not explore Craven Museum or visit the Hub Bar while you wait?

Hub Bar

  • Opens 1 hour before each show.
  • Serving hot and cold drinks, alcoholic beverages, tuck shop treats and ice cream!
  • Taking card and cash payments.
  • Opening hours: 10:00am–2:30pm and 5:00pm–6:00pm.

Facilities

  • No prams or pushchairs in the Concert Hall. A buggy park and coat rack will be available in the Tiled Studio (space permitting; items left at your own risk).
  • Toilets are located right in front of the Concert Hall doors.

Accessibility

  • Changing Places toilet is available – please ask staff for assistance.
  • A limited number of ear defenders are available on a first-come, first-served basis (£5 refundable cash deposit).

Extra Christmas Magic

  • Santa’s Post box: Bring your letters for Santa and drop them in his special post box!
  • Sweet Treats: When your ticket is scanned, children will receive a treat from Santa and pass through the Naughty or Nice Scanner!
  • Please let our Elf Team know about any dietary requirements at entry.
  • Photography & Video: To keep the story a surprise for families attending later shows, photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call. Please avoid taking pictures during the performance.
  • Father Christmas: Due to a tight schedule between shows, Father Christmas won’t be able to meet people individually after the performance. With the number of attendees, it just isn’t possible, but he’ll still bring plenty of magic during the show!
